Dr. Saed Deryck Hill, Ph.D. is a Counseling Psychologist and Independent Consultant, who specializes in the promotion of pro-social masculinities and wellness as a means of violence prevention. He provides trainings, 1on1 coaching, and strategic consulting on the topic of expansive and restrictive masculinities and has also been featured on several podcasts and other forms of media addressing the broad topics of domestic and global prevention, divesting from the Manosphere, and how advancing technology like Artificial Intelligence (AI) is influencing men and boys online. Dr. Hill works with national organizations, school districts, higher education institutions, nonprofits, and other communities to train staff, facilitate workshops, design curricula, promote bystander intervention, and manage respondent support and alternative resolution processes.

Dr. Hill also advised the White House Task Force to Address Online Harassment and Abuse in 2022, serves as a member of The Boys Club of New York City’s Professional Advisory Council, is the President-Elect for the American Psychological Association’s Society for the Psychological Study of Men and Masculinities, and served as the Assistant Director of Prevention & Masculine Engagement at Northwestern University for six years. He also co-hosts the Why Humans? Podcast which examines how artificial intelligence is reshaping the human experience.

Dr. Hill earned his Ph.D. from The University of Missouri-Kansas City and completed his Doctoral Internship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In his spare time, he enjoys psychoanalyzing trashy reality TV, obsessing about fantasy football, kayaking, and attempting (sometimes successfully) to cook his mother’s best Guyanese food recipes.

Sloan Thompson is the Director of Education and AI Initiatives at EndTAB, where she leads the development of national training programs at the intersection of artificial intelligence, relationships, and digital safety. Her work focuses on helping professionals understand how emerging technologies are reshaping communication, intimacy, and harm—and how to respond with practical, trauma-informed strategies.

Sloan designs and delivers trainings for a wide range of audiences, including high-level administrators, policymakers, and field leaders, as well as frontline practitioners and students. She specializes in translating complex technological shifts into clear, actionable guidance, with a focus on AI-mediated relationships, artificial intimacy, and evolving forms of technology-facilitated violence.

She is a nationally recognized keynote speaker who has presented for institutions and organizations including MIT, Yale University, Columbia University, the Conference on Crimes Against Women, and the U.S. Department of the Air Force. Sloan also contributes to public discourse as an expert voice on AI and relationships, with her insights featured in media outlets such as WIRED and Mashable, as well as podcasts and other public platforms.

Her work is grounded in a background in violence prevention and healthy relationships education, with an emphasis on consent, communication, and emotional safety in an increasingly digital world. Prior to her current role, Sloan worked with the DC Coalition Against Domestic Violence as a Training and Outreach Specialist and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Violence Prevention Coordinator. She holds degrees from the University of British Columbia and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As Program Manager in the Public Education Campaigns and Programs Department of Futures Without Violence, Jesse advances national violence prevention campaigns with men and boys, athletic coaches, educators, colleges, and digital influencers. Since 2019, Jesse has led the curriculum development and training for the evidence-based Coaching Boys Into Men program, supporting implementation across hundreds of communities. During this time, he has also designed dozens of college training and the comprehensive Engaging Campus Men Toolkit, utilized by hundreds of institutions across the United States through the Office on Violence Against Women’s Campus Grant Program and the CATAPULT Campus Action for Healthy Manhood initiative. More recently, Jesse has spearheaded FUTURES partnership with Equimundo: Center for Masculinities and Social Justice—the LinkUp Lab—where he co-authored the Manosphere Rewired research report and designs innovative interventions against tech-based violence and online misogyny. Prior to FUTURES, Jesse was a youth organizer in Boston and facilitated healing spaces for men in the Jewish community.

Kamaile is a Program Specialist at Futures Without Violence, where she supports national initiatives to engage men and boys as partners in ending and preventing violence. Her work centers on shifting cultural norms that contribute to harm and fostering greater connection through training and technical assistance, curriculum development, collaborative learning spaces, and practical tools and resources for community partners such as college campuses, athletic coaches, DVSAS advocates, and educators. By cultivating healthy relationships, positive mental health, and more expansive understandings of gender and masculinity, Kamaile’s work is grounded in the belief that safer, more connected communities are possible. With experience in gender equity work across nonprofit, government, and research settings, Kamaile brings a community-informed, prevention-focused approach to program development. Prior to joining FUTURES in 2022, Kamaile earned her Master of Public Affairs from Brown University and her BA in Peace & Conflict Studies from Chapman University.
